Such designer products will become a bright accent in the interior, and changing pillowcases, you can set the specifics of the interior and achieve different effects. You can choose fabric for sewing sofa cushions at random. However, it is still desirable to adhere to some rules that will make it possible to successfully enter a new detail into the overall design of the room:
- Style Classic and Antique allow the use of any form and material.
- For Country or Provence, variegated types of fabrics are appropriate.
- In the interior in the Ethno style, decorative pillows with national patterns and motifs will most likely look.
- Art Nouveau, Hi-tech, Art Deco and Minimalism require plain fabrics.
- If the products are made of fabric that repeats the pattern and texture of bedspreads, curtains, then the frills, brushes that are present on these elements will be an ideal finish for them.
- Convex decor in the form of applique, buttons should only be on the front of the pillow.

Origami Pillow
An origami pillow will be a very interesting accessory in your room. To make it, you must perform the following actions:
- Prepare any material you like and cut out two squares from it that will serve as the two halves of the pillowcase). In our case, the squares have a size of 42 by 42 cm.
- In order to connect two squares on one side, use lightning. Sew the remaining three sides with a sewing machine.
- After the stitch is done, turn out the finished pillowcase base and put it on the pillow.
- The turn began to make a decorative flower for our product. To do this, cut out two identical circles from the fabric - in our case they have a diameter of 17 cm.
- Mark the center points on the front of each of these parts. After that, fold the blanks, sweep them and sew. At the same time, do not forget to leave a small hole, thanks to which you can turn the workpiece.
- Scissors make several cuts around the perimeter of the workpiece, and then twist it.
- When sewing a hole, use a blind seam, then iron the module.
- Fold the four segments of the module inward towards the center point. Using pins, fix the segments and iron the folds, but only through the fabric. Sew the crown of the segments with neat stitches.
- Turn the edges that are next to the segments 1.5 cm and smooth the fold lines.
- Turn the module in the opposite direction and bend its corners to the center. As before, fasten the tops in the center of the module with a few stitches. Then iron the workpiece.
- Fix the finished flower on the pillow, using a secret seam for this. You can also add a cord to the decor.

Stone pillow
Interesting in the end will come out and such a pillow with your own hands, if you follow this instruction:
- Prepare the wool of the desired color, tightly wrap it with an ordinary plastic container for food. As a result, you should get something that looks like a ball.
Important! To prevent the layers of wool from moving out, wrap them with a knitting thread.
- Put your workpiece in a tight stocking and tie both ends of it.
- Put the workpiece in the drum of the washing machine and add a handful of baby washing powder.
Important! Wash the workpiece at a temperature not exceeding 50 degrees.
- After washing, remove the workpiece, remove the stocking from it and let it dry at room temperature.
- After it dries, cut it and pull out the container. Place a synthetic winterizer in place of the container and sew the hole with thread.
- In order to hide the seam and gaps of the workpiece, use pieces of wool torn from the strand.

Patch Pillow
To make a decorative pillow with your own hands from scraps, prepare several pieces of fabric of three colors, as well as threads, scissors, needles and an iron:
- First, make a blank, namely a square made of plastic or cardboard. In our case, the workpiece has a size of 8 by 8 cm.
- Using blanks, cut three squares from each shred of fabric, make one big one out of them.
Important! You can upload them as you wish.
- Using a sewing machine or thread with a needle, connect the squares in a line of 3 pieces, watching for the accuracy of the joints and the order of alternation.
- To achieve the effect of a single web, carefully iron each seam.
- Now sew in turn all three strips, again iron the seams.
- You have one side of the pillow. To make the second, repeat the previous steps in the same order, and then sew the two halves. You should get a rectangle.
- Prepare a suitable fabric and cut 2 strips from it - in our example, they have a width of 10 cm, and the length corresponds to the length of the half of the pillow.
- Sew these stripes on the sides.
- Cut a flap that will serve as the back of the pillow and lay the seams on three sides on the wrong side.
- So the blank for the pillow is ready. Now fill it with padding polyester and foam rubber, and then sew the remaining side with a blind seam.
