Installing the hob in the countertop - Preparing the hole

The procedure for arranging the mounting hole in the countertop is as follows:

1. Determine the dimensions of the tabletop. Turn it over and use the tape measure to make all the necessary measurements.
2. Mark according to the dimensions of the hob.
3. Drill a hole, then expand it with a jigsaw.

Important! To make the cut smooth and not crumble, use a jigsaw with small teeth.

Sealing

The resulting slice must be immediately treated with sealant. This is necessary to avoid swelling of the material (as a rule, chipboard is used) and dirt getting into the cut.

Important! An aluminum tape is well suited for sealing the edge of the cut. In addition, it protects the countertop from temperature extremes. The aesthetics and functionality of the table depends on how good a seal you choose.

• Correspondence of the socket to the connection voltage.
• Grounding the outlet, compliance with its rules and standards.
• Mutual correspondence of the socket and plug.

Gas Panel Connection Procedure

Place the stove in the hole prepared in the countertop and fix it.

Important! When connecting a gas surface, do not forget about safety rules. Gas must be shut off. Before connecting the pipe and plate with a flexible hose, make sure of this.

Put the gaskets made of paronite into the nuts. After all connections are completed, turn on the gas and check for leaks in the connections. You can use a soap solution or a gas analyzer. If there are no leaks, then the installation of the hob is completed. If there are leaks, carefully tighten the mounts.
