• Adjust the material from the side of the wall to the line of the corner. This must be done with a sharp knife (the pile is pressed from below). Then the edge is pressed to the base. These works are best done with a chisel.
• At the final stage, clamp the edge of the carpet using a special rail with a V-shaped profile. It must be screwed to the floor, pull the end of the cover with special studs. It is better that they are arranged in 2 rows - so the work will look neat.

If the staircase is spiral and concrete

Concrete stairs can be finished with carpet if special glue intended for working with carpet is used. Before starting work, prepare the surface: clean it from dirt and ground it. Glue the steps in turn, starting from the top.

• Add special thinner to the glue, mix and, using a spatula, apply to the concrete surface.
• Lay a pre-prepared strip of carpet.
• Press and smooth with a rubber spatula.
