A table of pallets - the order of work

If your carpentry skills are modest, it is advisable to start making a simpler thing (for example, a coffee table).

For work you will need:

• Screwdriver.
• Hammer.
• Drill.
• Nail clipper.
• A set of screws.
• Glue for wood.
• Varnish, primer, a set of brushes for their application.
• Pencil.
• Wheels

The algorithm of actions is as follows:

1. Clean and sand the pallet boards. It is good to use a drill with a special nozzle for grinding.
2. Using a nail clipper with a hammer, disassemble the pallet. Remove the nails so as not to damage the boards.
3. Fold the planks together so that they form a countertop. Carefully glue them together and secure on the opposite side with two boards.
4. When the glue dries, fill the boards on the back so that you can attach the wheels and equip a shelf for storing books and the press.
5. Prime the countertop.After the primer is completely dry, varnish.
6. Using a pencil, outline the points where you will fasten the wheels.
7. Drill holes for the screws, then secure the wheels.

Pallet chair - execution order

The set of tools and supplies is the same as for the table. So, for the work:

1. Cut the plank into 2 halves along the board located in the center. Each of the resulting halves is cut in half still. Two of the four parts are the armrests of the future chair.
2. Using sandpaper or a special nozzle to the drill, sand the prepared pallets.
3. Choose a box that will serve as a back. Trim it so that you can attach it at an angle. Connect the base, back and armrests. Use nails and screws for fastening - this will make the structure strong.
4. Prime the finished product, then varnish it.

Sofas and beds

After you have mastered the basics of furniture production, you can proceed to the manufacture of beds and sofas.

Important! Naturally, you will need a pallet much more. For a sofa, 6 wooden platforms fastened together. The backrest can be made either from solid platforms or from boards fastened together.

The bed is best made on 2 levels. This design will be more durable. But if there are few pallets, you can buy legs in the store and make a single-tier structure.
