How to sew a school apron on the last bell? Pattern

In this master class, we will sew a school guipure transparent cape for sizes 42-46 and for height 168. We will have a standard model with a breast, apron, belt and straps.

Step-by-step algorithm of actions:

1. Using the above recommendations, we take the necessary measurements for our model. We mark them on paper, taking into account all allowances for hem or frills. Better to stockpile than to get a sloppy and compressed product. We cut out straps with a width of 7 cm and frills - 5 cm. It is advisable not to make too large “wings” so as not to look too voluminous.
2. We transfer the pattern to the fabric: we outline the contours and mark 3 cm allowances on each side of the selected material. We made a long belt that can be tied to a bow. It can be made of usual length, and at the very end of the work, attach the previously created bow.
3. To the straps and the lower part we attach a pre-assembled, chipped and swept frill.
4. We apply the upper part of the apron to the breast, form folds, sweep and grind on a sewing machine.
5. We pick up a long piece of fabric that we have carved to decorate the bottom of our school product. We form folds on it, sweep and stitch with the hem edge.
