The principle of the mechanism is very similar to that used in the “book” - you also need to raise the seat until it clicks. If we talk about the benefits, then there are several:

• lateral parts easily turn into pillows;
• takes up less space than a book.

Important! The disadvantages include high cost, high weight and the need to adhere to a distance of 15-20 cm from the wall in the “lying” and “half-sitting” positions. An absolutely flat surface when unfolding also does not work.

Lit

These are very compact sofas that almost do not take up space even when unfolded. The armrests are laid out, that is, we get a berth for one person.

The main advantages of such transformers include not only extreme compactness, but also the ability to put close to the wall, as well as adjusting the height and width of the armrests.

There are also disadvantages:
