The presence of strips on the surface of the windshield

Due to the stains on the windshield, you will not be able to closely monitor the condition of the road. It is possible to extend the life of auto brushes, including “wipers” only with clean glasses.

• Examine the device "wipers". They consist of a holder, a lower arm and a brush. Only brushes are subject to replacement.
• Measure the size of the brushes using a standard ruler or tape measure. This must be done in advance to purchase replacement parts. You can do something else: dismantle the “wipers” and come with them to the car goods store before installing the wiper blades.
• Provide free access to the “wipers" to easily remove the wipers.

Installation of new cleaning devices is carried out according to this algorithm:

• Lift the lower arm from the windshield. Raise the lever to the end so that it does not return to its original position and does not damage the windshield.

Important! To prevent the lower arm from striking the windshield during operation, it is advisable to protect it with a towel or soft cloth.

• Remove the worn part. How to remove the wipers? Fastening of car brushes is carried out by means of small clips from plastic. The holder can be made in the form of a hook or latch.
