There are several ways to remove wax from clothes or to clean paraffin from dishes. They are based on the principles of exposure to temperature - cold or hot, or on the use of solvents. The main thing is to choose the right technology for a specific material.

It is equally important to adhere to such cleaning conditions:

• Carefully work with solvents and try to use them last.
• During heat treatment with a high temperature (iron, hairdryer), it is necessary to make rather fast movements with the iron along the stained area, and do not bring the air stream from the hair dryer very close to the material.
• Do not try to immediately clean the wax from the clothes by intensive friction - this will achieve the opposite result: the stain will be much larger and the paraffin will fit tightly into the fabric or porous surface.

Cloth cleaning

To remove wax from clothing, proceed as follows:

1. Put the item in the freezer and leave it there until the drops of paraffin freeze.
2. Carefully remove the hardened mass - you can use a plastic spatula for this.
3. Wash a thing, pre-treating greasy stains separately with a mixture of powder and water or liquid soap, dishwashing detergent.
